By accessing or using Engium, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Service Description
Engium provides an AI-powered customer communication platform that enables businesses to automate and manage conversations across multiple channels including WhatsApp, email, web chat, and voice.
3. Account Terms
You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to send spam or unsolicited messages, impersonate any person or entity, violate any applicable laws or regulations, interfere with platform infrastructure, reverse engineer any part of our services, or use the platform for any illegal or harmful purpose.
5. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
6. Intellectual Property
Engium retains all rights to its platform, technology, and branding. You retain ownership of your data and content. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the services.
7. Data & Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable data protection laws.
8. Service Level Agreement
We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime for our platform. In the event of significant downtime, eligible customers may receive service credits as described in our SLA documentation.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Engium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days prior to taking effect.
