Own the AI surfaces - intent detection, agent assist, automation - that power every conversation on Engium.
About the role
Conversation Intelligence is the heart of Engium. As PM you will own the roadmap for our AI pipeline - from intent detection through automation - and partner with engineering and design to ship it.
What you'll do
- Own the strategy and roadmap for AI surfaces across product.
- Talk to owners every week. Most of what we build starts in those calls.
- Run small, fast experiments. Kill the ones that do not move the needle.
- Partner deeply with applied AI engineers on evals, prompts, and model choices.
What we're looking fo
- 4+ years in product, with at least one AI or ML-adjacent product behind you.
- You are comfortable in a Jupyter notebook and in a customer interview.
- Strong opinions, loosely held, written down.
Bonus points
- Background in messaging, contact centers, or sales tooling.
- You have shipped an LLM product that real users paid for.

$150k – $190k base + equity
