Own the motion that takes Engium from product-led growth to a scaled, multi-segment GTM.
About the role
You will own how Engium goes to market — segmentation, packaging, pricing experiments, and the playbooks that make the sales team faster. This role reports to the CEO.
What you'll do
- Define and own the GTM strategy across segments and geographies.
- Partner with product on packaging and pricing decisions.
- Build and run the operating cadence that keeps GTM aligned.
- Recruit and coach the first wave of GTM leaders under you.
What we're looking f或
- 8+ years in GTM strategy, RevOps, or sales leadership at a high-growth SaaS company.
- You have built a function from scratch and lived to tell about it.
- Comfortable in a spreadsheet, a customer call, and a board doc — all in the same day.

$200k – $260k base + equity
