Lead design for the surfaces small business owners live in every day - inbox, calendar, AI configuration.
About the role
You will own design for one of our core surfaces and partner directly with engineering and product. The bar is high: we obsess over typography, motion, and the absence of dark patterns.
What you'll do
- Own design end-to-end - research, wireframes, high-fidelity, prototypes, ship.
- Push the design system forward. Components you make become primitives others use.
- Run lightweight research with real owners - most of them on WhatsApp, in their second language.
- Mentor designers across the team and raise the craft bar.
O que procuramos
- 5+ years designing SaaS products that real people use daily.
- Strong portfolio with shipped work, not just concept decks.
- You think in systems but draw in pixels.
- Excellent written communication - you can defend a decision in a doc.
Bonus points
- Background in messaging, CRM, or calendar products.
- Comfort with motion design (Framer Motion, Rive, After Effects).
- You have run real user research without a research team behind you.

Compensation
$130k – $170k base + equity
About the team
You will join a four-person design team led by our Head of Design. We do weekly critiques and protect Fridays for craft work.
